Bantuan UMKM BPUM kembali diperpanjang di tahun 2021 ini.

Kemenkop dan UKM yang tengah melakukan usulan kepada Kemenkeu untuk perpanjangan BLT UMKM ini di tahun 2021.

Sebanyak 24 juta pelaku UMKM diusukan sebagai penerima bantuan dan diharapkan selesai pada kuartal pertama.

Bantuan UMKM alias Banpres atau BPUM diberikan dalam rangka penguatan ekonomi di masa pandemi covid-19 sudah diluncurkan pemerintah mulai tahun 2020 berakhir pada Bulan November pada tahap 2.

Bagi peserta yang dinyatakan terdaftar sebagai penerima tetap bisa melakukan pencairan hingga Februari 2021 setelah pemerintah melakukan masa perpanjangan pencairan.

Untuk mengetahui lolos atau tidaknya peserta bisa melakukan pengecekan melalui hyperlink e-form BRI dengan menggunakan NIK KTP khusus penyalur dari financial institution BRI.

Berikut Cara Cek Penerima Bantuan di Link E-Form BRI

- Login di https://eform.bri.co.id/bpum

- Masukkan nomor KTP dan masukkan kode verifikasi

- Lalu, klik Proses Inquiry

Apabila sudah terdaftar maka NIK dan nama anda akan muncul dalam eform BRI.

"Nomor eKTP terdaftar sebagai penerima BPUM"

Bagi yang tidak menerima dan akan menerima pesan dengan tulisan warna merah.

Nomor e-KTP anda tidak terdaftar sebagai penerima BPUM"

Cairkan Dana Bantuan di Bank

Setelah dapat keterangan dari eform BRI atau notifikasi SMS oleh financial institution penyalur maka dapat dilakukan tahap pencairan dana BPUM dengan membawa dan melengkapi sejumlah dokumen berikut:

- Buku tabungan

- Kartu ATM dan identitas diri

- Penerima BPUM juga harus melengkapi dokumen terdiri dari: Surat Pernyataan, Surat Pernyataan Tanggung Jawab Mutlak (SPTJM), dan atau Kuasa Penerima dana BPUM.

Untuk surat pernyataan dan SPJM sudah disediakan oleh pihak financial institution tinggal mengisinya secara lengkap.

Selanjutnya menunggu proses penarikan dana.

 

Dalam proses penarikan dana tidak boleh diwakilkan.

Penyebab Jika NIK KTP Anda tidak muncul di E-form BRI


- Anda belum mendaftar software BPUM UMKM Rp 2,4 juta

- Sistem di Bank penyalur belum terkoneksi dengan hyperlink tersebut

- Rekening Anda terblokir karena Anda masih punya pembiayaan/kredit di bank.

- Nomor NIK KTP Anda tidak sinkron dengan information di Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil (Disdukcapil).

Nama Tidak Muncul

Namun jika Anda sudah mendaftar dan nama tetap tidak muncul, lakukan pengecekan secara langsung dengan mendatangi kantor financial institution penyalur BRI dengan membawa syarat dokumen pencairan.

Para pelaku usaha mikro yang NIK KTP mereka tidak ada di eform.bri.co.id/bpum masih bisa dapat bantuan BLT UMKM Rp 2,4 juta dengan cara daftar banpres produktif usaha mikro (BPUM) maksimal akhir November 2020 ini.


Informasi lengkap mengenai tata cara pendaftaran dan syarat penerima bisa diakses di laman resmi www.depkop.go.id atau akun sosial media resmi Kemenkop UKM.

Bantuan UMKM Rp 2,4 juta pasti cair jika ikuti kriteria berikut ini :

Cara Daftar Bantuan UMKM / BPUM / Banpres 2021

Untuk pendaftaran setiap peserta harus melakukan pengajuan seluruh berkas persyaratan secara guide ke Dinas Koperasi di setiap daerah.

Kementrian Koperasi dan UKM menyatakan melalui akun medsosnya bahwa pendaftaran resmi bantuan UMKM tidak pernah dilakukan secara online.

Hanya saja untuk hyperlink pengisian information secara on-line ada pada Dinas Koperasi di daerah masing-masing.

Syarat

1. Warga Negara Indonesia

2. Punya Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK)

3. Memiliki usaha mikro

4. Bukan PNS, TNI/Polri, pegawai BUMN atau BUMD

5. Tidak sedang menerima kredit atau pembiayaan dari perbankan dan KUR

6. Bagi pelaku usaha mikro yang memiliki KTP dan domisili usaha berbeda dapat melampirkan Surat Keterangan Usaha atau SKU.

Berdasarkan pada aturan di tahap sebelumnya, setiap dareah memiliki kebijakan masing-masing.

Beberapa kota masih memberlakukan daftar on-line di websitenya untuk mengisi information secara on-line sebagai selanjutnya baru dilanjutkan dengan penyetoran berkas secara manual.

Lembaga pengusul

1. Dinas yang bertanggung jawab atas koperasi dan UKM

2. Koperasi yang telah disahkan menjadi badan hukum

3. Kementerian atau lembaga

4. Perbankan dan perusahaan pembiayaan yang terdaftar di OJK.

Lengkapi information ke lembaga pengusul

NIK KTP, Nama lengkap, Alamat tempat tinggal sesuai KTP, Bidang usaha dan Nomor telepon.

Lengkapi semua persyaratan dan datang langsung ke Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Kota sesuai persyaratan.

Ikuti semua intruksi dari Dinas Koperasi selaku lembaga pengusul.

Solusi Pemblokiran sepihak dari Bank

Penerima bantuan BPUM harus memastikan saat pengajuan seluruh information sesuai satu dengan yang lainnya.

Sebab jika ada temuan information yang tidak sesuai dengan information di Surat Keterangan (SK) dengan information yang dimiliki oleh financial institution penyalur.

Maka dana BPUM akan diblokir sementara sehingga harus dipastikan information di SK dengan di KTP yang di financial institution harus sama.

Agar bisa dibuka kembali penerima harus berkoordinasi dengan dinas koperasi hingga ke financial institution penyalur supaya pencairan bisa dilakukan.
